We are hiring for various positions throughout Worcester County, extending south to Southbridge, Milford, and the Blackstone Valley, east to Metro West (Northboro, Hudson, Marlboro), and into Metro Boston (Randolph area).

Positions include part-time and full-time outreach workers for in-home family support, respite/community integration, independent living skills training/case management, employment/career development, and job coaching.

​

My Choice Programs provides on-the-job paid training and support for all positions. 

​

Compensation for full-time positions is dependent on experience, skill level, and education. 

Compensation for part-time ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.

 

​Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts driver's license and a good driving record.
